An organisation that builds organisations
that build organisations.
The founding idea is generative: create an organisation with the knowledge, structure, and systems to help other founding organisations take shape.
Each new foundation carries the potential for further creation. Valimo brings organisational thinking and systems architecture together around that purpose.

a structure.
Three connected foundations express the vision: purpose, architecture, and the capacity to create.
Purpose
A clear reason to exist. A guiding vision that gives each organisational foundation direction and coherence.
Architecture
The relationships between people, knowledge, processes, and systems — designed as a foundation for development.
Creation
The ability to turn foundations into new organisations, and to equip those organisations to continue building.
